Allp Circle — Brand Architecture
A brand architecture that turns Allp Fit's full class grid into one continuous journey — five sub-brands orbiting a single circle.

Allp Circle is a brand architecture system created to organize and reposition Allp Fit's portfolio of group classes. The company already offered multiple training formats covering functional exercise, dance, combat, strength and recovery, but these experiences were presented as separate activities rather than as parts of a connected customer journey.

The strategic challenge was therefore not to create more classes, but to transform the existing variety into a coherent, recognizable and scalable ecosystem.
Allp Circle was developed as an umbrella brand connecting five complementary training territories: Allp Mind (recovery, mobility and mental regulation), Allp Dance (rhythm, movement and expression), Allp Fight (combat-based training and conditioning), Allp Force (strength and physical development) and Allp Zone (functional and high-intensity training).

The architecture organizes the portfolio according to different levels of intensity, training objectives and moments within the user's routine. This creates a continuous cycle in which activation, performance, strength, expression and recovery operate as complementary stages rather than competing services.

The central value proposition — “Your workout, in a complete cycle” — translates this structure into a clear customer benefit. The system allows members to build a more balanced training journey while helping the brand communicate the breadth of its offering through a single strategic narrative.

Visually, the project uses the circle as its primary organizing element. The master symbol represents continuity, movement and connection, while each sub-brand receives its own color, name and visual territory. The system includes horizontal and vertical logo configurations, color-coded categories, light and dark applications and a modular structure designed for campaigns, social media, digital platforms and physical environments.

Allp Mind was developed as the first in-depth expression of the architecture. Conceived as a 20-minute group decompression experience, it combines mobility, breathing, body awareness, recovery and deceleration. Its positioning expands the idea of fitness performance by acknowledging that rest, sensory regulation and mental recovery are also essential parts of training.
The Allp Mind identity maintains the structural logic of Allp Circle while establishing a calmer visual and verbal language. Its communication was designed for people navigating overstimulation, pressure and performance-driven routines, positioning Allp Fit as a brand that understands both physical effort and recovery.
My role included brand strategy, portfolio organization, naming architecture, value-proposition development, verbal identity, visual-system direction and the creation of brand applications. The project required transforming a broad and fragmented service portfolio into a system that could remain consistent while supporting distinct training categories.
Allp Circle is more than a family of logos. It is a strategic framework that gives the group-class portfolio a unified logic, improves service navigation and turns multiple training formats into one continuous and adaptable brand experience.
