01 — Approach
AllpKids was created from the recognition that the existing children's segment within the brand operated as an underdeveloped asset — present, but not yet structured as a cohesive narrative or intellectual property.

02 — Approach
The initiative emerged from a strategic need to transform this fragmented presence into a unified storytelling platform, capable of generating emotional engagement, brand continuity, and long-term cultural value.

03 — Approach
By developing characters, storylines, and visual languages, AllpKids was conceived as a scalable narrative ecosystem. The project expanded into TV concepts, animation, and product design, positioning itself as a transmedia IP capable of unfolding across multiple formats while maintaining conceptual coherence.
